      If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the new, unused product to the store where you purchased it within 180 days of the date of purchase or within 15 days of pickup.。

      Please note that exchanges and returns for items purchased online must be made at the original store of purchase, and exchanges and returns for items purchased in your region must be made at the original store of purchase in your region.

      We do not accept exchanges or returns on previously assembled, unpacked or damaged items, discounted display items, food, plants and customized products.

      For products returned with an invoice, we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment. When paying by credit card, please bring the relevant credit card with you.
